The following are what I call the lost posts dum dum da anyway due to a lack of a proper internet services and several page loads fails I lost a number of posts now instead of trying to recapture what i had written I will just give a brief overview of what they where.

I watched a movie called Dogtooth which was really messed up in the wrong kind of way. It focused on a family who isolate there children from the world and have told them they can not leave until there Dogtooth falls out (Canine tooth). The whole system breaks apart when they discover sex. It ends horribly this movie is a must see but you shall not want to talk to me after.
I have started reading comics again and part of the plan was to review each one I read this again did happen but not the way I wanted.
Stormwatch No.1, I was very nervous about this title as I was a fan of Stormwatch before the relaunch the DC universe issue one was not great I was not happy with the designs of the characters especially the Engineer plus Martian Manhunter as a member just feels wrong they are also reintroducing two great characters Apollo and Midnighter which I think they are going to get wrong.
Stormwatch No.2, Well apart from many design faults still looks kinda ok. I should point out the story is ok a gaint eye ball in the moon what's not to like (I know I'm not doing it justice but this is a rewrite). What i do find frustrating is that we are meant to believe there is some kind of history here but it does not feel like that for me they still get Apollo and Midnighter wrong in my books they look crap lets hope we get a reboot in design soon bring back the old, (moving on) getting better.
Superman Action Comic No.2, This is great I loved the story of him escaping finding his ship and the introduction of Brianiac at the end was cool but again the art lets this could be great book down plus it felt to short as well like there should have been more to the story.
Green Lantern No1, Interesting Sinestro as a Green Lantern again and Hal Jordan not whats going on where does this fit in with the timeline it's all a bit much but it is good.
Justice League Dark No1, This title was the first one i thought was interesting as it deals with magic but what worries me is that characters that belong in less mainstream books like Constantine from Hellblazer amy not work here but in the issue the team is being pulled together for a mission only they can solve as fro the art nice but needs to be better.
Supergirl No1, I don't know what made me buy it but it was good the art was solid the story has left us with some questions why does she have powers if she has only arrived and so forth good book may read more.
Justice League No1, A good read but Green Lantern is a pain in the hole he's to cocky plus why would he not believe in batman he has a power ring the art is great but that's to be expected from the flag ship title, the story lets introduce Darkseid as the villain to bring the team together not original.
Superman No1, Fun issue i liked the way it started like the Superman movie the story was ok Superman Vs Fire Being which points to a link to Krypton. The art was good even if Superman was too dark.
Deus Ex Is a video game which I loved and when the third came out a prequel I jumped on it the game itself looks fantastic but suffers from a lack of direction as in some places different graphics. The story is superb you really need to play this game.
Gears of War 3, Graphics great, Story OK, Killing enemies horribly is never ending fun this is a fun game to play. I really did have more to say about it but that does sum it up.

To begin I have played Batman Arkham Asylum and found it great now that I have played Arkham City it's only good this is a pure example of doing it right. The sequel is set in a part of Gotham that has been walled off all of Gotham's low-life are now housed there including The Joker, Two Face and The Penguin just to name a few as short on villains this game is not. As Bruce Wayne you are arrested by Hugo Strange and locked up. You then have to get past the guards in order to get your bat suit which Alfred is sending you this is where the fun begins.
In Dragon Age: Origins you take on the role of a Grey Warden these men and women dwarfs and elves are the only ones able to stop the blight as only they can kill the arch demon as your told. The game starts in different places depending on what you have chosen to play as also what you choose to play as determines how you are treated by the NPC's ( None Playable Characters) in the game which is great. You become a grey warden and you start off by recruiting your team, what I really like is that you have to put a lot of time into talking to your team and be careful how you talk to them as they do react to certain dialogue options in a positive way or negative way also you can give them gifts and giving the right gift to the right person is paramount to getting them to respect or even love you that's right love you, you can enter a relationship with most of the characters but once you have chosen whom you want that's it you also may have to turn down advances from other team members. The side missions are what makes this game great there is so much to do and so much stuff to collect you really have to micro manage which I love doing kitting out my team in all the best gear it's fun. Combat is not great i tended to set up my team but found that just hitting the A button ( I played these on Xbox) a lot to deal damage it worked for me, word of warning the mage is very weak and dies a lot. Other then that once your in your hooked.
Superman the movie is every thing a movie should be it's got a great story great actors and the best tag line ever "You'll Believe a Man can Fly". Superman Directed by Richard Donner Story by Mario Puzo and stars Christopher Reeve, as Kal-El/Clark Kent/Superman Margot Kidder as Lois Lane, Gene Hackman as Lex Luthor, Jackie Cooper as Perry White, Marlon Brando as Jor-El, Glenn Ford as Jonathan Kent, Terence Stamp as General Zod and Phyllis Thaxter as Martha Kent all of these actors are great and have a wealth of experieance and placing a young unknown actor (Christopher Reeeve) among them makes this movie shine. "In the decade of the 1930s, even the great city of Metropolis was not spared the ravages of the worldwide depression. In times of fear and confusion, the job of informing the public was the responsibility of the Daily Planet, a great metropolitan newspaper whose reputation for clarity and truth had become the symbol for hope in the city of Metropolis..." This is the opening line's of the movie read by a young boy reading a comic which slowly becomes the real world while the boy is speaking the start of the Superman theme is heard when the boy finishes his line the drums start and we are into the full Superman theme music which even today almost 32 years after it was written is still a great piece of music. When the credits finish we are onto the planet krypton where we are introduced to Jor-El, General Zod , Ursa and Non before they are sent into the phantom zone for crimes against Krypton it is here that we also learn of Kryptons faith and Jor_El's plan for his son after being ordered not to leave Krypton and so Krypton begins to explode and so Baby Kal-El is sent to earth. At this point in the movie we have been to an alien world and saw them die because of there own shortsightedness and a lone survivor a child is sent to earth to help us.
